First Grade – Energetic Gradient Wooden CubesThis class creation is made up of multiple wood cubes of different heights, assembled to create a white framed wall art. Each cube is painted with acrylic paint by the 1st grade class to create an artistic composition using reds, yellows and orange tones that represent the energetic character of the 1st graders. Second Grade – Shamrock Gradient Wooden CubesThis class creation is made up of multiple wood cubes of different heights, assembled to create a white framed wall art. Third Grade – 3D Colored RectanglesThis project includes wall art showcasing colored rectangles with geometric shapes to give the optical illusion of a 3D effect. Fourth Grade – Our HoustonThis project includes wall art showcasing a composition of colored cubes with Shamrock green top colored by the 4th grade students. Each cube was painted with colored crayons and inspired by the student’s favorite Houston facts. Astros and Hot Dogs were amongst the favorite Houston things. Bonus Wooden Art ProjectColored Square – This wall art is a wood-based project that includes the reflection of multiple colors thru different sized wooden cylinders painted with acrylic paint in a sequential order gravitating towards the center. This piece was created and donated by a very loving and dedicated St. Anne Catholic School grandfather who was responsible for the craftsmanship of all the woodwork in this year’s gala class creation projects.
