Q: How does the Gala benefit St. Anne Catholic School?
A: The proceeds of the next four years of Gala profits will go directly back to the school. Fifty percent of the net profit will go directly to the Capital Campaign, which funds the new gym and school facilities. The other fifty percent will go to the Annual Grant given to the school. This year, the other half of net proceeds will be contributed to the “Generations of Faith” Capital Campaign for the construction of a new school gymnasium.
Q: How do I buy tickets to the Gala?
A: You can purchase tickets to the Gala through table sponsorships. Individual tickets will go on sale in early December. This is a sell out event every year. We recommend that you get your group together and buy your table soon.
Q: What is the attire for the Gala?
A: The attire for the Gala is black-tie optional.
Q: What time does the event start?
A: The event starts at 6PM and concludes at midnight.
Q: What is the typical format for the evening?
A: The Gala starts at 6PM with cocktail hour, delicious hors d'oeuvres and bidding opportunities for the Signature Silent Auction and the "Big Board" Auction. The festivities continue with Dinner followed by the Live Auction and then dancing to a live band!
Q: When do I receive the items that I won?
A: Items will be available at checkout after the individual auction area closes. It's preferred that all items are picked up the evening of the Gala.
Q: I have an item I'd like to donate. What do I need to do?
A: Thank you! Donating is very easy. Just fill out the Donation Form (so that we can thank you properly and send you the donation acknowledgement). One of the committee members will contact you with delivery instructions or to arrange pick up of your item. Please contact the Foundation with any questions.
